Subscribers can listen to patients' events using Webhooks. Subsriber's webhook will be invoked only to patients to whom it is associated with

Use this method to associate patients with the subscriber.

The same patient can be associated with multiple subscribers and all of them will be notified about related events

This method returns two lists: associated - a list of newly associated patients. patients - the subset requested patients list associated with the subscriber

To remove subscriber-patient association use the Dissociate method
